Policy – Nenè Accommodation
To confirm your reservation, we require a 30% deposit via bank transfer or valid credit card.
Cancellation policy
The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
Early departure
In case of early departure, we reserve the right to charge a penalty equal to the entire stay/remaining nights.
Confirmation and cancellation policies may differ in case of special offers or packages.
Should different policies apply, these will be communicated at the time of booking.
Payments
Upon arrival, to facilitate quick check-out, we will charge the total amount of your stay to your credit card.
We accept all credit cards (Amex, Visa, Diners, Mastercard). Cash payments are accepted up to a maximum of €999 (DL 201/2011).
We do not accept bank checks.
