To confirm the reservation we ask for a 30% deposit through bank money transfer or a valid credit card.

Deposit will not be refund in case of cancellation

Early departure

In case of  early departure we reserve the right to charge a penalty up to the total stay/the remaining nights
Confirmation and cancellation policy might be different in case of special offers or packages.
In case different policies are applied they will be notified into the reservation

Payments

On the arrival, to improve the express check out, we will charge on your credit card for the total amount of your stay.
We accept all credit cards (Amexo, Visa, Diners, Mastercard. You can pay cash with a maximun amount of € 999 (DL 201/2011).
We do not accept bank cheques.
